Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our Arizona location to. Orders will process and ship within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most orders will ship by USPS priority mail and will ave a transit time of 1-3 days depending on shipping destination.

$1.00-$60.00 = $9.00
$61.00-$249.00 = $16.00
$250.00 and up = Free shipping

All shipments that include Probiotic Suppositories require ice packs and a larger shipping box. Shipments that include this item will have an additional shipping charge of $9.00.

Alaska and Hawaii rates may increase. We do not ship to Canada at this time.

Due to the nature of our products, during warm weather months we only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid products sitting in hot trucks or shipping hubs over the weekend. Orders may also be be shipped with cold packs to preserve viability of certain types of products.

What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

We make sure to ship orders on time but are unable to control how the package is handled by the shipping carrier. Here are two options for replacement if a shipment is delayed/lost:

  1. You can place a new order, at your expense, and we will waive the shipping cost. Then, if both orders arrive, you can keep them both.

  2. We will send you a replacement order at no charge. When the original order is delivered you will return it at your expense. If you choose to keep it, we will issue an invoice for you to pay for the replacement order.
